After the Student Council meeting, Sam went to the post office to check his mail. When he came across an especially large envelope among everything else he'd been handed, he went straight back to his room and grabbed his phone. Whatever was in here, he didn't want to open it alone.

Sam had gone back to the house after the carnival, and one very long shower later, he was sitting in the living room combing his hair and hoping that he'd managed to get all of the fudge off of himself. He was going to smell like a candy bar if he didn't, and he wasn't sure how Scout would take that.

Today had been a very good day as far as Sam was concerned. It had been a good night too, and Sam had a feeling it was going to be a good late night once he and Peter had rested some more. There were a few places in the apartment where they hadn't had any fun yet, and that just wasn't allowed.
